FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE June 19th, 2008 Chris Musto and Karl Martens back to play in the Belgium Soccer League Two Winnipeg based soccer players, Chris Musto and Karl Martens, will be returning to Belgium in the next few days in preparation for play in the Belgium Soccer League for the 2008-2009 Soccer Season. The opportunity to play in the European country was as a result of arrangements made by their trainer, Mr. Patrick Di Stefani of Focus 9 Elite Athletic Training. Chris Musto, a striker, was in Belgium in the early January 2008 for a week of trails with the Fourth Division club Olympia S.C Wiygmaal. As a result of a good showing during his trial period Chris secured a contract with Wijgmaal for the remainder of the 2007-2008 season. Chris will be then be joining a new team, Grimbergen at the beginning ofJuly in preparation for the upcoming 2008- 2009 season.Karl Martens, a goalie, was also in Belgium in early 2008 on a series of trails with the First division club F.C Malines. As a result of a strong showing the club kept him to the end of the current season. Karl returns to Belgium in July to spend the 2008-2009 season with the First Division team A.F.C Tubize. Mr. Di Stefani is the principal behind Focus 9 Elite Athletic Training. The boys have been training extensively with Focus 9 in preparation for this opportunity. Of the boys’achievements Patrick offers, “Focus 9 congratulates Chris and Karl on this latestachievement.
