The first experience on the new artificial turf field on Field #1 at the Soccer Complex was one to be forgotten. On a evening with numerous changes to the lineup, Hellas looked out of sorts and confused from the get go. Maples Juventus came prepared and were well organized and simply wanted the ball more then their opponents. Following a disastrous first half including an own goal on goal keeper Dylan O'Connor, Hellas struggled to maintain any form of possession. On the bright side defender Tim Mullen made his season debut scoring a vintage header off set a piece. The team looks to put this loss behind them and concentrate on the task at hand, MSA Cup this Saturday at 1pm. |
